Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is impacting on our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life.
I wanted to take the opportunity to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at NT Assure.
Our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are ill, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless NHS workers and others who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.
At NT Assure, as at your businesses, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families and communities.
We are responding to the COVID-19 virus by putting in place the necessary precautions and will continuously monitor the situation and respond to information published by Public Health England (PHE). As a result, all of our employees have been strongly encouraged to work from home. With many of our employees typically working remotely, this transition has been relatively smooth and we continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, and security for our software and technical services.
Since the UK government has announced that pubs will be allowed to become takeaways without permission.
We would like to support this transformation and offer all food business operators the use of our Dinepilot platform to facilitate a ‘takeaway’ channel to allow food businesses to connect with customers.
We believe that the platform can enable businesses to provide real-time menu information to customers and direct customers to ‘call and collect’ to their local pub restaurant or cafe.
