A big thank you to everyone who came to see us at stand H7 at the Caffè Culture show in London this week.

Caffè Culture is an award-winning and information-led trade event, specifically aimed at the UK’s coffee and café bar market, which took place this week at the London Business Design Centre.

Visitors from all over Europe stopped by to talk about to us about NT Assure and the solutions we can provide for SMEs and independent coffee shops.

Phil Dalton, Head of Regulatory at NT Assure, led a session in the Caffé Business Theatre on the second day of the show and updated delegates with the current regulatory climate in relation to food allergies and Natasha’s Law.

Attendees at the seminar heard an overview of the current law and guidance on allergens, received an update on the new pre-packed food for direct sale legislation which affects the ‘out of home’ market and discussed the acceptability of precautionary statements such as ‘may contain’ on labels.

The session also focussed on what good allergen management looks like in a catering environment including case studies on digital menus, labelling and how to achieve positive customer journeys for consumers with dietary sensitivities.
